LDMMIA Temple - 777 Vibes - In short - The What ifs... (Mindfulness? Lil Moments)

 Evening Reflections: 

• I am seeing something in short. I do have fam home-nursing (Aide/LPN I rotate) and have my evening rounds before dinner hrs then bed. Then all homework smh.

BUT

• Sometimes are challenges are testing us. It could also be others karmic and we are characters in their play. 
• Like we have players and teachers in our lifestyle//movie plays. Everything is a lesson. When those lessons are hard. We could shift mid-way for another perception. 
• Literally pause your anger, emotions, or victimhood for a revelation. 
• What if, You/I shift our mindset? What if, we change our viewpoint. 
• It sounds corny to simple. But, this does let go. It let go of old ruts and dense energies when we go higher. 
• What if, this () no longer bothers me. What if, this longer bugs the sh*t outta me lol? What if () 
• Its a checklist. 
• But when we level up. Vibe up. It can be a simple moment. A quick or paused moment. A moment when we go wait? Back it up? I can do this. 
• I can handle this. I can think better or happier. I can be content. I can...I can....I will...I Do....I am...
• Just affirmations or mantras maybe for lil moments.
