8-11a Morning hours - dream issues - low astrals - healing mornings ()

 Going through the motions. My dreamscapes are so low astral. I can’t see how ppl live day hrs in the low vibrations. I can’t see it. I can’t stand it in my *damn dream sleep 😂.

Not announced i heal every single morning literally including Detroit yrs. Every single one from rotten ass dream sleep. Then i vibe prep and neutral when coaching or blogging all depends. Just sharing its not a perfect situation. Theres core shadow work, healing, matrix loop breaking, its all an effort to bloom forward.

I prep early before office, studio, church, or campus to balance my azz literally 😝 

Hippie life or psychedelics are not carefree, those are old myths. We admire ppl from a distance like the grass is greener and better. Im telling you, its not. I did that decades in Detroit by habit. By pure cityscape envy.
