Happy Monday :: Easter - March - week reflections (Flashback art)

 Its Easter Week. Most of us have an agenda of work regardless…

Within spirit to astrology we have lunar eclipses, nearly mercury retrograde (4/1), and core triggers going on. We feel refreshed to a mess, all depends. 

We always have help, resources, to rejuvenate. Even for a few minutes or lunch breaks. We don’t have to army our way thru activities. 

(No offense to the army, they tried to recruit me at CMU😅☝️. I’m over age, it was for 📚junior yr.) So legit i say, don’t army everything. 

Its too stiff and stern. Too tight and inflexible. We are base yoga even meditation alone. Yoga is all levels with psychology and meditation. 

Let’s flex within our schedules and flow. We may just enjoy our March ending and Easter (US calendars.)

Let’s be alert to our intentions, others, our blocks, to ebb flow. A daily observation, starting small.

What can i do today? How can I rejuvenate while working today? What issues or triggers are annoying me? How can I adjust or fix those? Its daily awareness of our journey, paths, endings to beginnings. Sometimes we need mantras or affirmations. Parallel or similar, we need direct closures. (I’m doing so with linger issues from my Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti yrs. I really went thru a lot separate from Detroit. Calling it an area retirement. I barely even visit. I do plan but never do. So its my karmic closure. Its how i created my current lifestyle. Also my yoga edu to shamanism roared there.)

Ok Later, my schedule been on😅👏🏾😝☝️I will be in and out. Mainly on my iPad to MacBook for remote work. Sometimes my Cell. Its still new, I did use it Sunday (laundry day) for here and homework lol.
