We cannot neglect our sleep : My Sundayz
Wellness Reminder: We cannot neglect our sleep. Its jus as important, as our day Hrs/life. Yes, easier said then done, however; i am learning these lessons right now. The energy of our homes, offices, activities, even food are literally shaping our sleep life. The lack of fitness, stretching, some sort tension release; goes straight to insomnia. We will hit dead ends and sleep deprivation. This can go on for years and decades. Our survival is to work around, cope, and deal with it. After awhile you get tired of the cycle. Its exhausting to continue the madness. Then you yearn for problem solving. In this case, you crave deeper, enchanted, better sleep. So to be continued, but i wanted to address this topic. This involves our mind, body, and spirit.
