Morning for me. I woke at 3a. I did nap.meditate.Reiki/Self Reiki with Shaman methods (ASMR). Later in the morning, about 8-9a, then Yoga Warmups, Qi-gong tapping/my tea hr. So it's a start. I add to my mornings on time/my age lol. On Reflection, we don't believe perception is everything. We don't hardly belief in time. Between View/Perceptions and Time, I have seen my errors in Education, Love, and Money. Perception and time is free. It cost nothing. But, we always complain about anything that's money. Ok, right there is a huge imbalance. It means we value the wrong things? It means we skip whats really truly valuable? We skip whats real investment for our future? We made investment errors? Even others are not different within our circles. They may push the wrong projects or lifestyles. Yes, we make errors. But, some errors I catch yrs later no lie. SO It's good to be alert and value time/moments/open-mindedness. Hope it makes sense. Its the small things that
