I AM IN LOVE WITH HER REIKI. SHE TRAINED ANNA. ITS A FULL CIRCLE. They are similar but styles differ. Thats a cool, essential gift as a Reiki Master. I am learning my versions this yr after Dec.

This helps with any lifestyle stress. I am catching up on vods. But, as we are or encounter Impatience we have to breathe and trust. We can also get burned emotionally. This occurs on a checklist. The aftermath is always not trusting. To rebuild this takes courage and moving forward. I am seeing now for my path/recovery/rebuild after moms homecoming/passing.

 I feel weak on a list. I still work endless between our 2 households and my father. He is very difficult as a senior. Mom was graceful but had illness issues (MS for over 30 yrs) I wanna leave the area by or For Jan. But, it will cause another round of issues and me being distant again. (I did this recent for CMU campus life) But, I will try. I am exhausted mind, body, and spirit. I will need plenty of Shaman and Reiki to heal myself/selfcare. Also using my Goddess energies on resource. Its time we "own" Our master/hero power. Jus sharing and with Bro the fam versions. Because, we aint perfect. We all hurt, mourn, get weak/ill/tired. For me I am hitting 50 yrs. I have xtra checklists on wellness I have to do daily/weekly.

I see the parallel and importance too. So I have to focus on the balance of mind/body/spirit. I did rest using Reiki for Grief and similar. But keeping it moving.

 I feel wiped out. The Funeral and Burial was pretty. Daddy fell out a few times but survived. It was a draining ordeal. From beginning to end, no doubt. Fam hours was nice and fun. I did light rest, ate, social in greetings. Not in the social mood thou. But now I will be at Bros houses vs the parents/also care home. Its a bit much. My Father is old fashioned but agreed smh. I love his fusion of Universal/Metaphysics/Christianity. Its truth, we are in war more than 10/20/30 yrs ago. I can say being 48-young this yr lol. Our minds are programmed and still, within doomer/challenges. We have to constantly affirm/declare/practice positive vibes and wellness. Jus for me to have energy, I had to meditate/reiki/shaman/rest-nap then Yoga-pilates-Qigong my well being. I was a driven to self care and love myself. Norm looking schedules and private. But I knew the difference. Beyond the funeral planning, fam stress, and unknown doom. I wanted to be my highest. 

  Ok, 1st happy Sunday my Loyalz and teams.  Late but I have been thru smh.  I had to do so much meditation, yoga pilates, and Qigong-Tapping to reboot my tired/tension/pained body type. Pained from the nursing stress, the fam schedules, we are planning mom's funeral, also I am the Go-to person like Bro . So its endless. But, as I self care; it does ease all pain and tensions. I wanted to see this season. It reminds me already and Mom. She had MS, her body was hitting repeated infections. She had rounds of good nursing services a variety. I learnt how to mgt the teams, work solo, work joint to flex. It was hard. She was similar to Tracey. We 3x entered Hospice for her pain control/wound care. Then, the 3rd time she entered the dying stages.  The Braxtons season share is nice for me. I only see YouTube thou. Bootleg YouTube smh. But ok

I CANNOT STAND, LOOK, HANDLE, OR IMAGINE. WHEN I GOT THE CHICKEN-POX, I WAS 17 YRS AND SUFFERING. MY MOMMA TOOK CARE OF ME, MY MOM. I CAUGHT IT WORKING A DAYCARE AS A TEACHER. THEN, BRO CAUGHT IT.
