For this hump day and July ending, doing a self check or wellness evaluation.
I found, i am ignoring a checklist. We rather run our agendas no matter what vs doing selfcare.
- Its maybe not often, or extreme, but we do this. Also, we ignore aches, pains, tension with our body types. For me, this is yoga, pilates, Qigong/tapping on therapy/rehabilitation. I add mini breaks and rearrange as needed. But, To even plan the routines itself require new self checks. If we are too busy, the body breaks down regardless.
- Its not always pleasant or pretty but these checks need evaluation? Especially before or for August.
Doing my self reminders and sharing my insights.
Every small step helps. They build bigger, better, our best realities. New levels of progress even. This includes our Health along with prosperity.
