On the playlist. I am running behind. I have been so exhausted extra. So time mgt is challenged. It is also in the astro charts for this week smh. Also for 2 days its extremely hot before hitting late 70s/80s temps. We are slow preps for fall. I do prefer fall. I notice our shifts are calling for creative measures. Our energies are like currency I always say. But we skip this then fall short in energy? We have to find creative means of rejuvenation of our energy/resources/methods of boosting it. Then, rest is essential lol.

Use to love her, been awhile. My alerts are few, thats also YouTube. Love her house, it’s almost zoom looking but her real backdrop. Must be her lighting, i note details for my art-comfort I notice. 

 For this hump day and July ending, doing a self check or wellness evaluation. I found, i am ignoring a checklist. We rather run our agendas no matter what vs doing selfcare. Its maybe not often, or extreme, but we do this. Also, we ignore aches, pains, tension with our body types. For me, this is yoga, pilates, Qigong/tapping on therapy/rehabilitation. I add mini breaks and rearrange as needed. But, To even plan the routines itself require new self checks. If we are too busy, the body breaks down regardless.  Its not always pleasant or pretty but these checks need evaluation? Especially before or for August. Doing my self reminders and sharing my insights.  Every small step helps. They build bigger, better, our best realities. New levels of progress even. This includes our Health along with prosperity. 

 A quick morning all.  Wanted to say this,  Watch your backs in social media.  Most of my friends on generation are freakin FB. FB Will policy tag and be weird azz more than before. Its so easy to become aka immune (I do on routine, no lecture). NO, thats a trap lol. Let's always be alert to social media mess. Watch your backs my peeps/teams. I was doing meditation, even my angel told me I was being aka watched. Thats monitoring spirits too. The host themselves on systems, are monitoring I do believe.  I took 2 classes back to back years in Social Media. It was not intentional, But damn I see why I needed that. My Reflections: These stories are mysteries. The mind never stops, we can process almost anything during sleep, and the spirit realm kinda do know this. Ok, I have sum complicated azz nursing. Mom is hanging in there but declining slow per season. Every service she has for home has pros and cons. I am left days on solo. I watched a few last week. The psychic info actually helped vs a few yrs ago. I am very much on personality/character like T-Boz. So her story I saw first yrs ago then last week. It really still was my therapy for Life and spirit issues. We have to learn limits and set boundaries - Even with the spirit realm.

My fav Channel on Yin Yoga (Silent Tantric). Its pure rehab and healing. The emotions get tapped within the session/yoga practice. Thats something easy to skip (emotional healing) But, for any higher vibes or prosperity goals we crash hard. Shadow work and emotional wellness is key. Doing the same journey. Nothing is perfect. Nothing Is easy. But I refuse to allow any more blessing blocks. Doom taps everything. We can law attract bad luck so easy with hid emotions. Its very common with spirits/ghost hauntings too.

 On experience and Current, I wanna mentioned sum concerns/new topics. Relates to Matrix/Lower realities or Loops: If we dont or cannot heal those inner wounds/inner children/inner teen/inner issues, they will haunt/turn dark/ruin blessings. NO FOR REAL AND ACTIVE. So we cannot aka run or mature over these old issues. SMH, ITS ROUGH. We must dig deeper and heal them. SHADOW WORK. I find 'creative' methods work if not meditation or counseling/coaching.  Some Yin/Rehab Yoga does help. This may include meditation or calmer sessions, However; the gentle body work will tap those wounds.  Our Bodies are energy are connected. Our Body and Chakras are connected. Any hid pain/tension/emotions/ does actually sit within our bodies. Its why Reiki/Massage/Yoga are so popular in Rehab.  So, I will try to focus those blog-topics for this week-ending/ The Weekend. Blessings, Love, and Namaste.  We will make it thru this....We will heal the pain and accept more blessings/abundance.

Exhale Right? I love the science with spirit. Theres endless doom and darkness in our recent news jus in one month. Its almost August and July seems/seemed long azz lol. I follow Ediya. I recognized her face. She is soothing. My dear cousin Ediya ( ‪@ediyasmr‬ ) was facing some difficult emotions, she was needing some motherly love and nurturing, which I was happy to provide ❤️. In our Kazakh culture, it is common for mothers to provide loving care and healing through smoke cleanses (usually cedar), soothing sounds and words, and physical touch and affection. Before long, Ediya's inner child was ready to come out to play, and we played with wood frogs and then I styled her hair into pigtails with a cute Melody headband. I love doing this work, and I'm so grateful Ediya was able to receive my care and share her experience with all of you.

Very soothing, I played twice. We are allowed repeats. Some practitioners/Masters will tell you that.  (I should not compare but I am learning my favs and personal mastery. I dont like when masters have to sign/declare/banner their levels. WHY DO THAT LOL? Its crazy looking - But ok. Actions speak louder.) So On a mini break doing planning, office, studio. Real life/Real time its Not a rainy day. Its actually nice temps and sunny. I’m trying to rejuvenate within intense schedules. However, these are good ASMR labeled ambient. The art I believe are Dev/Game design clips. They come from steam. Takes work to learn but would be a cool Dev project.
