Yoga Mornings: Learning more QiGong (SL vs RL)
I love watching videos but not cam or recording.
So my updates differ then most Yogi/Yogins.
Im picturing maybe in another season and yr, i can record or snap photos like my avatar. Even she won't do Reg Yoga but during a secure apt rental or vacation. When my (SL) model is busy, she zooms on a mission. Mindset destinates travel zone period, a done deal 😆🤣. Its a virtual default that's probably very realistic or pre-covid.

My main topic:
Adding extra QiGong to my mornings when i can. Its not consistent as i hoped. Its a crazy routine my schedule gets random busy. This is shared with fam agendas of course. A schedule so old, its conditioned and i nearly codependent. I will be changing that problem as a Taurus.
The QiGong is very helpful, clears build up chi, and heals instantly. My yoga body type includes sensitive so the QiGong was a cool discovery. During winter or spring i discovered i taught myself desperate measure to reboot. I really felt odd and crazy. Lol 😆🤣
I Started random researching energy points and found the QiGong practice. Every since, its a mission to fuse pieces into my weekly hm sessions.
