OK, Let's review for a second...
This Appears corny to simple but do you actually review your wellness daily, weekly, or monthly? It's good to take a short or long survey of your health. These small questions can aid your schedules, shopping, and possibly save your immune system during Convid19. Little things like taking your vitamins, fitness, stretching, yoga, walking, small naps, meditation, est., can rejuvenate your immune health. Stress and Anxiety literally attacks the immune system. Over time burn out, exhaustion, lack of sleep, and no self care will lead to frequent illnesses. This does unfortunately include seasonal colds, flu's, and now Convid19.
