To be here, a reader,
i know u are a veteran fan of the LDM Alumni, or Mia Jonita within the last 2 yrs.
it would seem we are inactive for teaching and live never works for fans but new peeps.
so this serves as a update and review.
1.) we are careful with vods in any network but blip.tv, via rules and our music master license, so for any vods please refer to the LDM Vodcast TV of Blip.tv
2.) we love teaching for free or low cost, our trademark and rep., so for fundraising we will be using ChipIn under Mia Accounting and tech. Direct link coming soon. http://www.chipin.com/
3.) I have so much to share in my yoga dept and weight loss suggest.
Lifestyle Update-I am a size 130 of yr 2012, compared to; High School class 94 (listed in classmates) i was a size 125. In yr 2006, i was size 175 to 180 pounds from Caregiving work and Undergrad college of Ann Arbor, Mi. I was in shape but at a lg frame and lg curves. So i was called the Tomb Raider for my lg muscle frame as a girl.-lol. The Yoga toned for yrs, but; i had to change my diet and work with a blood sugar issue when i moved back to my home town Detroit (after 8 yrs). Today, i have lil to zero low blood sugar issues (remission) and i eat a (family) Spain style meal plans, however altered; with small protein snacks, the lg protein dinner with smaller lunch, similar coffee Continental Breakfast (Occasional fruit dishes). I also cannot handle a lot of milk (Lactose intolerance, i do keep my fav. dairy instead, light milk but never daily with digestion issues. The family meal plan seemed odd but i knew, from online reading, that different cultures to different style eating. So when i google and Bing it, i came across Spain Info. That gave me comfort to see the parallel meals and what seems to be, older traditions. So u can see, the weight lost, is from a million contributions, active dayshift, and will power.
This serves for online sharing for fans and peeps, and goes back to holistic life and yoga living (my resume, links below).
